Required general assemblies for articles of association amendments and regular general assembly processes are prepared and Our Law Office ensure that these assemblies are executed according the Turkish Commercial Code by participating in these meetings.

Uslu Law and Consulting advises companies about company establishment, mergers, spin-offs, change of the type of the company, corporate capital increase or decrease and prepares board of directors’ resolutions and general assembly documentation on behalf of the companies and follows up the company registration process.

Should the corporations intend to buy another company’s shares, Our Law Office perform a legal audit in the target company and present our findings in a due diligence report. If our client company decides to buy shares of Target Company, share purchase agreements, general assembly and board of directors’ resolutions are prepared by Uslu. Our Law Office also performs negotiations with the Target Company representatives and enables the whole process to flow smoothly.
