Sub-contractor Agreement services: Our Law Office prepares and revises all service related agreements of clients including Special Security agreements, training agreements, all-subcontractor agreements and agreements related to Labor Law.

Employee Records services: Uslu Law and Consulting keeps track of the updates of the records and provide recommendations to revise the employee records to comply with current Labor and Social Security laws. Job application form, overtime approval form, contracts related to personal use of company assets, USER manuals, personnel evaluation and appraisal forms, annual leave and other leave records are revised in accordance with any changes legal regulations.

Hiring and Dismissal services: Uslu Law and Consulting provides legal consulting services to companies from hiring to dismissal phases. When any employee leaves the company we recommend that Human Resources department execute the operations. We provide support for preparing release forms, notification of departing personnel to Social Security when an employee is terminated by the company and audit the documentation in the event of the resignation of an employee.
